Shipping Policy — Lunar Rose Crafts

Dispatch All orders are dispatched from Suffolk, United Kingdom, within 1–3 working days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Shipping services We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services, which include a tracking number and insurance cover:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) — estimated delivery 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express) — estimated delivery 1–2 working days from dispatch

Your chosen service will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value. Free standard shipping (Tracked 48) is available on all orders over £30.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress via the Royal Mail website.

UK only We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back or contact us at contact@lunarrosecrafts.co.uk to register your interest.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and are subject to Royal Mail's network. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
