Returns • Returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. • Custom or personalised items are non‑refundable unless faulty. • Items must be returned in original packaging and packed safely.
Refund Process • Refunds for damaged or faulty items are issued once the returned item is received and checked. • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Lost Parcels • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with tracking and proof of postage. • If a parcel appears lost, an investigation will be opened with Royal Mail. • A refund will be issued once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is officially lost.
Evidence Required • For damaged items, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
