Products • Many items are handmade, so small variations may occur. • Colours may differ slightly depending on screen settings. • Gemstones, towers, and carved shapes are natural materials, meaning each piece is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, clarity, and form are normal and may differ from product images. • One‑of‑a‑kind items will be exactly as pictured. • Resin products may contain small bubbles or slight deviations due to the nature of the material. • Custom or personalised items are made to order and may require additional time.

3. Pricing & Payment • All prices are listed in GBP (£). • Payment must be completed at checkout. • Secure payment methods are used for all transactions.

4. Shipping • All orders are dispatched from Suffolk. • Standard dispatch time is 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. • Delivery times depend on Royal Mail or the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns • Returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. • Custom or personalised items are non‑refundable unless faulty. • Items must be returned in original packaging and packed safely.

Refund Process • Refunds for damaged or faulty items are issued once the returned item is received and checked. • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Lost Parcels • All orders are shipped with tracking and proof of postage. • If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, an investigation will be opened with Royal Mail. • A refund will be issued once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is officially lost.
